How to Use Foot Potion

Foot Potion is a creamy substance that you smooth over your foot wherever you blister or feel friction. Because my whole foot blisters, I smooth the potion over my entire foot. I place a baggie over my hand, scoop out a bit of the Foot Potion and glide over my entire foot before pulling on my sock. I reapply the Foot Potion every few hours. I am then blister free!

I apply it before running and every 20 miles during the run. It is good for chapped, dry feet. When my feet are dry and cracked I apply a light coating and put on a sock overnight. It is good for chafing spots as well. I use it on my jog bra line, where my pack rubs, and so on.

For your drop bag: scoop out enough Foot Potion for an application into a Ziploc baggie, drop into your bag; to apply, just turn the baggie inside out and apply to foot, toss baggie into the garbage and you are off and running . . . blister free!

I did have a co worker purchase some for his mother who had bed sores. The zinc oxide helped to heal the sores.
